An old winter shot. Found this among pics I've taken about two years ago, so I figured I might as well add this to my gallery too. I'm not sure why I haven't already. Ah, well.
This picture's simplicity makes it beautiful and seem natural. This shot must have been taken after an ice storm of some sort because the crystals seem to indicate a strange and rapid frost. We can almost feel the chills running down our spines from the cold winters that some of us might live.
The shot is done with wonderful clarity, showing off each spike of frost in its very technical and wonderful detail. This picture is a wonderful gateway to the rest of this artist's gallery. Over all, this shot is beautiful, realistic and brings back winter chills just in time for the crazy heat of the summer that is here, waiting to thwart us with its insane humidity.
It's what the title says, it's frost on a bush. But it's interesting, seeing as when the frost was formed, it was windy, thus shaping the ice into little spears wherever it settled. It was quite an interesting sight, very unusual too.
Yeah, still a very pretty picture though. I wish my photography was as good as yours. However, if I don't get a better camera and more practice, it's going to continue to be craptastical. xD
